  3. Developing People - training needs analysis; learning events; management development; mentoring.
  4. Trouble Shooting - employment law compliance; investigations; consultation; employee relations, redeployment & redundancy.
  5. Employment Skills - one to one support for prospective candidates in composing CVs, interview preparation and career planning.

Service Models

  1. Option 1 - Service Contract - based on a 'pay as you go' scheme. This tends to suit one off projects. Detailed invoice provided on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
  2. Option 2 - Retained Service Contract - based upon an agreed level of service, normally a fixed minimum of 4 hours per month. This will be tailored to your needs.
  3. Option 3 - On Site HR Management Support - this involves outsourcing your HR service. The Consultant acts as your HR Manager. The consultant works to an agreed work plan & timetable developed in accordance with your business requirements.

Additionally the retained Client secures guarantees on consultation and response timescales, regular updates on emerging HR & Employment law issues; and for Not for Profits, occasional pro bono training information sessions for staff/managers.

Professional fees: £39 per hour or a daily consultancy fee of £325, where assignment based on site.

Ad hoc advice - initial fee min £29 plus additional time at the standard rate.

Expenses may be additional, depending on the assignment, and will be included in final quotations.


brprofile Bridget Rippey, BSc, MIHSM, Dip.HRM, Chartered MCIPD, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK), and a member of the Institute of Health Management. Bridget has over 22 years middle & senior management experience in public service, including 10 years specifically in HR.

She established BridgeHR Consulting in 2008. Since then she has built up a sound client base working primarily with Community organisations and more recently new enterprises in the Business community.

Bridget has a particular interest in employee engagement and organisational development, and has significant experience in facilitation.

Bridget has also worked as a Board/Management Committee member with the BBC Broadcasting Council, the Fermanagh Volunteer Bureau, the Lough Erne Yacht Club, and the Fermanagh Choral Society. She is a past member of Ballinamallard United FC Youth Committee.
